Crocs

Crocs is an American brand of innovative footwear for the whole family. Crocs offers several collections of more than 300 models. Every pair of Crocs™ contains Croslite™, a polymer found only in Crocs shoes. All Crocs™ shoes are comfortable, easy to care for and hygienic. The history of the Crocs brand began in 2002. Three friends from Colorado - Scott Seamans, Lyndon "Duke" Hanson and George Bodecker Jr. decided to create lightweight and non-slip shoes for sailing and yachting. Friends spent a long time looking for a suitable material for future Crocs and finally discovered a small Canadian company, Cr?ations Foam, which produced soft material based on foamed resin. Colorado entrepreneurs made 200 pairs of clogs from this material called "Beach". Kore went to a boat show in Florida and took all 200 pairs with them. The clogs were blown apart within a few hours. Friends decided to start a company and called it Crocs. The famous clogs resembled the head of a crocodile in their shape. Soon ordinary people began to wear Crocs, who appreciated their lightness and convenience. Then the owners of Crocs bought out the company Cr?ations Foam, which supplied them with foamed resin material and gave it the name Croslite. Thanks to Croslite, Crocs are lightweight and durable, and when exposed to heat, the shoe molds to the shape of the foot. Crocs also have antibacterial properties. Today, Crocs produces not only clogs, but also sandals, sneakers, ballet flats, moccasins, women's sandals and high-heeled shoes, as well as summer and winter boots. A separate line of Crocs shoes - clogs for professionals. Crocs production volume is 5 million pairs per year. To decorate shoes, Crocs makes Jibbitz figurines, which are attached to special holes in the Crocs.
