GEOX

Geox is an Italian brand owned by the company of the same name. The Geox brand produces shoes and clothing with breathable and waterproof properties for men, women and children. Geox innovations are protected by more than 60 patents. Mario Moretti Polegato founded the company more than 25 years ago. He decided to make holes in the rubber soles of his shoes while living in hot Nevada. When Polegato returned to Italy, he began making breathable shoes in a small family workshop. He patented the new technology and started his own production. At first Geox produced only children's shoes, later men's and women's shoes were added, and then clothing. The basis of the Geox collections is everyday innovative footwear. Geox's patented "breathable shoe" technology with a rubber sole with a membrane that is permeable to water vapor but not water is also used in the manufacture of shoes with leather soles. The new generation of Geox shoes are made using hibiox technology - the best protection against rain and bad weather, combined with maximum breathability and natural thermoregulation. This technology provides a range of Geox models with unrivaled levels of waterproofing and protection. Thanks to its own technologies, Geox shoes are incredibly comfortable. The Xand cushioning system, soft anatomical Xense sole, light and flexible Nebula line, Side Transpiration System and Net Breathing System provide breathability throughout the entire surface of the foot. Geox products are exported to 110 countries. Geox shoes are sold in more than 1,200 of the company's own stores and 11,000 multi-brand stores.
