TANAHLOT

The shoe brand Tanahlot was presented at the Moscow Euro Shoes Premiere Collection exhibition by the Italian company Shoesy S.R.L., which produces and distributes footwear. This company is widely known and presents at the exhibition a whole range of shoe brands, both its own (which includes Tanahlot) and those belonging to other manufacturers. The brands Jordana and Snoopy are represented by her together with Tanahlot. Tanahlot, by the way, or TanahLot, if you follow the original spelling of the name, is a brand that is not without some exoticism. It lies, however, not in the design, but in the origin of the name and, probably, the roots. The fact is that the very phrase “Tanah Lot” evokes rather peculiar associations. From the Hebrew word "tanakh", meaning holy scripture. Before, in fact, Tanah Lot is the name of a very famous Hindu temple located in Bali. This temple is both picturesque and original, and therefore is a place of pilgrimage for many tourists. The shoes with the name of this temple are also quite “Balinese” in nature. Flip-flops, sandals, light canvas slippers and espadrilles, unpretentious flip-flops-clogs and... cozy slippers for the house - this is the basis of the brand’s assortment. Essentially, this is a go-to downshifter kit. If you add to it a penchant for bright prints, the simplicity of materials (cork, jute, linen, velor, faux leather) and a hefty price list (a pair of textile slippers for men - about 20 euros) - you get something Balinese.
